Goodbye

Don’t want to say these words;
I don't want to see you cry.
I hoped it would never have come to this,
I hoped I'd never say goodbye.

But there’s something you should know,
before I set you free.
It's because of you,
that today I am me.

You helped me through the hard times;
you helped me through the roughs.
No matter how bad things could get,
you were always very tough.

You were always smiling,
your were always glad.
Hardly ever,
did I see you mad.

So don't forget,
the laughs we shared.
And the love we gave each other,
and how much we cared.

So one more thing,
before I go.
This is one thing,
you have to know.
